Job Description: • Assist with processing PO’s.
• Work directly with vendors to handle orders and any discrepancies or billing issues.
• Update daily sales to Buyers.
• Issue new listing for management.
• Issue DN to supplier.
• Checking rebates.
Requirements: • Must possess at least SPM.
• Ability to write and converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, mature and have an eye for details and possess good interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines, to multi-task and to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team.
• Must be well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Must be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as and when required.
• Must be able to start immediately.
